據(jù)中國(guó)貿(mào)易救濟(jì)信息網(wǎng)消息，12月19日，美國(guó)XI Discovery, Inc.根據(jù)《美國(guó)1930年關(guān)稅法》第337節(jié)規(guī)定向美國(guó)際貿(mào)易委員會(huì)提出申請(qǐng)，主張對(duì)美出口、在美進(jìn)口及銷售的特定使用索引搜索系統(tǒng)的計(jì)算設(shè)備及其組件（Certain Computing Devices Utilizing Indexed Search Systems and Components Thereof）違反了美國(guó)337條款。
